**We are hiring a** Solution Owner TMS**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a **Solution Owner for Transportation Management Space (TMS)**to join our **TechHub**
- The Solution Owner - TMS serves as the business partner for the Transportation Management Space (Vehicle Route Planning, Strategic, and Tactical Transportation Planning and Management) and is responsible and accountable for providing technology solution leadership from concept to the retirement of all TMS products, existing and new. This role will collaborate with the Executives, Senior Leaders, and practitioners in HAVI Technology and Supply Chain Operations to develop a solution strategy and roadmap and execute the roadmap.
- The role will include the day-to-day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, made up of Sr. Solution Analysts & Solution Analysts and resources from cross-functional teams to manage the solution/product life cycle end-to-end - solution concept/strategy to product sunset.

**THE SKILLS**

**To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you**:

- 10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions
- 5+ years of strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap and product life cycle management in the areas of Transportation Management solutions and technologies
- Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps etc.
- Experience with industry-standard transportation solutions such as Paragon, Kewill, Infor, Cargowise, Carlo etc.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong talent management and talent development experience
- Fluency in English.
