Estamos à procura de um Product Owner Sénior para se juntar à nossa empresa, num dos nossos projetos, em Lisboa.

**Requisitos**:

- +3 anos de experiência no desempenho de função de gestor de projecto ou Product Owner;
- Certicação Product Owner (PSPO I ou CSPO);
**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e implementar a visão, estratégia e roadmap do produto, em função do posicionamento futuro;
- Alinhar e denir prioridades das iniciativas com os stakeholders, procurando maximizar o valor entregue à Organização;
- Gerir a evolução do backlog, garantindo transparência e alinhamento com os stakeholders;
- Garantir o desenvolvimento das iniciativas priorizadas com as unidades de negócio, controlando e justicando desvios;
- Garantir a qualidade das alterações aplicacionais, através do acompanhamento em todas as fases da entrega de desenvolvimentos, e da definição e operacionalização de uma metodologia de testes que garanta a execução e monitorização dos tipos de testes necessários para que não exista impacto na entrada em produção das alterações;
- Desafiar soluções, procurando oportunidades de melhoria, e implementando as melhores práticas, de forma a criar soluções robustas;
- Ouvir e colaborar ativamente com as áreas de negócio, criando estratégias que alavanquem a velocidade de resposta à Organização;
- Promover uma cultura de inovação e colaboração incentivando a participação em projetos e iniciativas que possam beneficiar a organização como um todo;
- Produzir o reporting das iniciativas, garantindo visibilidade dos desenvolvimentos à organização;
- Trabalhar em equipa com espírito colaborativo, com m à entrega de resultados e crescimento do produto.

**Competências**:

- Formação em Tecnologias de Informação, Engenharias ou áreas relacionadas;
- Preferencialmente mais de 7 anos de experiência profissional numa posição semelhante ;
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de IT;
- Project Management;
- Business Analysis;
- Agile and waterfall;
- Storytelling and User Stories knowledge;
- Conhecimento do domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office (ótica de utilizador);
- Forte capacidade de análise e de resolução de problemas;
- Proatividade e autonomia;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, de relacionamento e de gestão das stakeholders;
- Experiência nem utilities (preferencial);
- Domínio do inglês, escrito e oral (obrigatório).
