Let's start with the role

As a Senior Product Owner and part of an Agile development team at Kaizen Gaming, you will drive the vision and development of products by using Agile best practices in order to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables.

The aim is to make the Account Verification journeys as seamless as possible so that we provide customers with the optimal overall experience, allowing them to focus on our entertainment products - Sportsbook & Gaming.

As a Senior Product Owner in Account Verification, you will:

- Drive a Scrum team, providing vision and direction throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and communicate requirements in the form of epics and stories.
- Manage the backlog and iteration planning process according to business value and/or ROI.
- Drive the product release plans and set the expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and risks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, revenue, and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

What you'll bring

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Account Verification product vision. Collaborating closely with software development and operational teams, the Senior Product Owner will be in charge of delivering innovative solutions that elevate users' experience.

More specifically, we are looking for a professional with:

- At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a technological environment or software products.
- Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify the technical and business changes required to address them.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- A good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is considered a plus.
- Experience working with design teams and understanding UX fundamentals is valued.
- Familiarity with the betting/gaming/fintech industries will be considered a plus.
