\_\_About the Role\_\_
As a Tech Lead at Magic Beans, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards successful cloud adoption projects for our clients. You will be a technical expert, a mentor, and a leader, driving innovation and ensuring client satisfaction.
\_\_Key Responsibilities\_\_
**Technical Expertise**:

- Provide in-depth technical guidance and support to project teams on complex cloud challenges.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct technical assessments and gap analyses to identify and recommend optimal cloud solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

**Project Leadership**:

- Lead the technical design and implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical growth and development.
- Oversee the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, consultants, engineers) to ensure project success.

**Client Engagement**:

- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional technical expertise and communication.
- Proactively identify and address potential client concerns and challenges.

**Knowledge Sharing & Innovation**:

- Lead the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories and best practices documentation.
- Contribute to the development of innovative cloud solutions and methodologies.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and communities to stay informed and network.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect in a cloud computing environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cloud computing and a continuous drive for learning.

Language Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- We value other language knowledge like Spanish, French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
