**French-speaking Advisor for prime Cosmetic Retail Company**:
**About the Company**:
Work for a French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products. Featuring nearly 3,000 brands, along with its own private label, they offer beauty products including cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, beauty tools, body lotions and hair care.

**Your Profile**:

- You are fluent in French.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are empathetic and you have great team spirit.
- You are people-oriented.
- Available to work from Monday to Saturday.

**Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not required.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the after-sales process and every step related, like online orders and refunds.
- Guide customers on their beauty journey and increase brand awareness.
