**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Project Manager or Bid Manager in the ITC domain
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Cyber Security projects

**Required skills**:

- Degree in computer engineering or similar
- Know-how in Information Security technology, directives and standards
- Knowledge of system engineering and project management processes
- Coordination of technical teams
- Demonstrate capacity to identify, manage and communicate with all project stakeholders
- Experience and motivation to elaborate the project management documentation (Project Management Plan)
- Good capacity to manage risks and priorities
- Good capacity to control the project and its execution
- Capacity to define and direct the procurement activities
- Financial management of the project
- Good level of English: speaking, writing, listening

**Preferable requirements**:

- IPMA certification
- Knowledge of the Defense and Security functional domain
- Information security certifications (NIS, ISO27001, etc.)
- Previous NATO/EU/National security credentials
