**About the team**:
**What you'll achieve at Web Summit**:

- You’ll manage various cross-functional projects.
- You’ll create, manage and communicate project plans, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of actions, deadlines and critical issues.
- You’ll work with internal teams daily to ensure that the processes, outputs and deliverables are on track.
- You’ll report the progress of the projects at agreed regular intervals.
- You’ll establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues, resolving conflicting priorities as they arise.
- You’ll manage all centralised project management documentation related to your assigned projects.
- You’ll rise to challenging briefs and work closely with our internal teams to develop successful project outputs.
- You’ll coordinate with our marketing and partnership teams to create content product offerings that meet our partners’ objectives for each event, while also maintaining our editorial style.
- You’ll lead projects such as coordinating the delivery of each partner’s content product, and the launch of marketing campaigns for event elements including partner masterclasses.
- You’ll manage requests to creative teams within the business like video and design while also managing requests from stakeholders to the marketing teams.
- You will lead projects like coordinating announcement plans for some of the most well-known speakers and the event’s schedule launch.

**Who you are**:

- You’ve started projects from the ground up, and know what it takes to complete a project from scratch.
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy having autonomy within your role.
- You are solutions oriented and are comfortable working with multiple teams to achieve a shared goal.
- You have a strong interest in content marketing and the world of technology.

**Skills and abilities we're looking for**:

- An appreciation and knowledge of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and project processes.
- A proven track record of delivering, with one year or more of commercial experience in some/all of the following: marketing communication, project management, account management.
- Experience delivering to strict deadlines. Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to be part of a fast-paced and varied business environment where flexibility is a must and direction can change quickly.
- Strong collaboration, motivational and decision-making skills.
- Customer or stakeholder relationship management experience is a big plus.
