Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Trainee/ Junior Asset Manager for its Lisbon office.
**Key tasks/ activities**:
Support in contractual conditions analysis;
Support in rent invoicing;
Support in regularising debt payment agreements;
Support in providing information for periodic reports (specifications/rent report);
Supporting landlords in contract renegotiations;
Monitor and control of contractual conditions and guarantees;
**Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired**:
Organised and focused;
Keen to learn new platforms;
Interested in administration/ contract management;
Good relationship skills with third parties;
Agility in problem-solving;
Good knowledge of English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
