**About Convatec**

**Position Overview**:
Maintain a high level of customer experience and contribute to the Cash Flow target of our Group. Reduce receivables in the open balances and improve the payment behavior of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reduce payment cycle and to ensure the customers respect the payment terms agreed
- Issue reminders in accordance with ConvaTec policies and procedures
- Work with the Collections Team Lead to pro-actively manage customer accounts as required by the SLA’s
- Respond to general queries from customers regarding payments
- Research and verify receipt of payments and investigate residuals (shortpayments or overpayment)
- Notify the Collections Team Lead regarding cash flow problems or unresponsive customers
- Identify and process refund requests
- Identify and process write-off requests
- Negotiate and implement payment arrangement plans for delinquent customers in accordance with the ConvaTec GOA
- Prepare trackers and assist with starting legal procedures
- Receive notification of customer bankruptcy, verify obtained information and alert the Collections Team Lead for further escalation;Properly document the outcome of any contact with the customer in the collections tool to ensure audit trail and customer relations
- Participate in review calls as needed
- Flag and required updates ConvaTec policies and work instructions and send to the Collections Team Lead and the Global Process owner for approval

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in Collections, preferably
- Practical knowledge of SAP, in transactions used by collections
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
- Knowing Power BI is a plus

**Soft Skills**:

- Good communication skills
- Autonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented
- Continuous Improvement mind-set
- Good customer experience skills
- Team player

**Qualifications/Education**:

- University Degree preferred
- Finance qualification preferred

**Languages**
- English: C1/C2
- French: C1/C2
- Other Language is a plus

**Working Conditions**

Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office.
