We’re hiring **German-speaking Digital Ads Sales Consultants** to join a global team in sunny Lisbon. If you’re driven, persuasive, and excited by digital marketing and tech, this opportunity will fast-track your growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- Help businesses build smarter advertising strategies
- Advise clients on how to reach the right audience with tailored campaigns
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact
- Deliver a top-tier experience through every interaction

**What you’ll bring**:

- Fluency in German (C2/native level)
- English proficiency at C2 level - required
- EU citizenship or valid PT residence/work permit
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Motivation to hit goals and learn fast
- Background in sales or marketing is a plus
