**100% Remote Customer Service (Dutch Market) - Full-time | Based in Portugal**

We are hiring **fluent** **Dutch speakers (C2/C1)**with **good English (B2+)**.

- **Project/Role**: ARC Support Specialist for Global Technology Company

**Starting Dates**:16/06/25, or 30/06/25, or 07/07/25, or 14/07/25

**Work model**: Fully remote, from anywhere in Portugal (**you must live in Portugal to apply**)

**Contract**: 12-month fixed term (renewable)

**Working hours (rotating shifts)**: 40h/week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch break) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday (Public Holidays included) from 7:00 to 0:00.

**Training**: Paid and full-time (from 9:00h to 18:00h) training. It will last 15-20 working days, Monday to Friday (including holidays), and will be conducted in English.

**About the Job**:
Support Specialists provides support to customer’s online orders, throughout the whole journey (eg. delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound/outbound calls and order information review, business related requests);
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Fluent **Dutch (C2/C1)**;
- Good **English (minimum B2+)**;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information;
- Previous experience in support, finance, fraud or backoffice roles is not mandatory but is a plus;
- Residence in Portugal with a stable internet connection and suitable work environment;
- It’s mandatory to have a certificate of completion of 12th grade/high school (minimum); or a higher academic degree;
- If you already live in Portugal: it is mandatory to have a residence permit (letter or card); or the citizen card; or the CRUE certificate (in case you are an EU citizen). **If you are still abroad, the relocation team will look after the documentation for you.**

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Gross salary without accommodation**: 1,459.00 €/month (base salary + Christmas Allowance + Holiday Allowance + Meal Allowance + Productivity Bonus)
- **Gross salary with accommodation**: 1,200.00 €/month (base salary + accommodation discount + Christmas Allowance + Holiday Allowance + Meal Allowance + Productivity Bonus)
- **Holiday and Christmas bonuses**: (paid monthly)
- **Meal allowance (prepaid card)**: €7.00 per worked day (154.00 approximately per month)
- Health insurance + dental insurance from day 1
- Free language classes

** Optional company accommodation available**:valid only for EU citizens living in an EU member country and wishing to move to Portugal. The accommodation package includes a private room in a shared, furnished apartment located in a central area of Lisbon, with all utility bills included (rent, electricity, water, gas and internet). A nominal amount (200 €) is deducted from your salary for accommodation costs and benefits.

- The relocation team will pick you up at the airport. They will let you know where the meeting point is beforehand
- Accommodation: a private room in a shared, furnished, and centrally located apartment + all utility bills included (gas, water, electricity, internet).

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,459.00€ per month
