- **Shifts system: Monday -Sunday (7:00 -21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (+ 2 rotational days off)**:

**Project**:
Join a project with a leading streaming platform
**As a Customer Support you will**:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian
- Resolve user issues related to accounts, software, and configuration
- Respond in real time across multiple support channels
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:
- **1000€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1166€ gross x12 months)** -basic salary
- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
- **PROJECT BONUS - in total 2000€ gross (500€ gross paid after 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th month of contract**
