Reporting to a Senior Leasing Manager, he/she will work in a very transversal and global environment, consulting and providing commercial coverage to all the Company's operations in Spain, with the following missions:

- Analysis and research of new operators and competitors in national and international markets.
- Elaboration of Proposals and dossiers, personalized for each retailer.
- Business Plans of the Centers assigned, as well as commercial reports and operations follow-ups.
- Preparation of the negotiation: Closing documents, analysis and rental comparisons, occupancy reports, renewals dates, expiration dates and guarantees follow-up, leasing bases, rent roll, etc.
- Internal coordination with the rest of the departments (legal, operations-debt, asset, technical, etc...).Contacts and relationships with all market operators. Frequent travel throughout Spain.

**Education & experience**:

- University degree in a national or international prestigious University, ideally complemented with additional training in related real estate disciplines. Additional business training will be a plus.
- Expertise and strong reputation in commercialization of retail real estate in related companies of at least 7-10 years: real estate advisory, property owners and investors, promoters, and/or retailers.
- Track record in leading high-performing sales teams for retail properties.
- Microsoft advanced level package (EXCEL).English very high level. French valuable.
