**Role Purpose**:
The Product and Propositions Specialist supports the Product and Propositions team in the delivery of activities including the design, development, deployment and go to market of compelling and profitable propositions, which deliver the desired user journey experience, and Brand positioning. The correct development, pricing and marketing of products and services will drive customer loyalty and achieve target revenue. The Product and Propositions Specialist has a good understanding of established standards and practices gained through extensive practical experience and works with their colleagues to deliver activities that influence and determine pricing, champion new product innovations and communicate the products' benefits to the market to drive sales. Typically reports to the Products and Propositions Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to the strategy definition in the area of Fixed and Unified Voice Communications;
- Responsible for analyzing market opportunities, business case approval and commercial pricing proposal for new solutions and products;
- Define business and user experience requirements with IT and Engineering, for the development of new solutions;
- Responsible for commercial agreements and contracts with strategic business partners, and for the legal and privacy terms and conditions of the solutions;
- Monitor IT and Engineering development projects from a business requester perspective, until their entry into production;
- Responsible for creating reference data for charging and reporting new solutions;
- Create Product Documentation for its go-to-market and initial launch;
- Monitor the performance and life cycle of products and solutions, until their discontinuation.

**Ideal Background**:

- Degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications or information technology;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar area, product, pre-sales or technology;
- Good organizational and inter-personal relation skills;
- Ability to deliver C-level presentations;
- Excellent writing skills in Portuguese (formal for companies), fluency in written and spoken English.
