Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Sales & Marketing Assistant role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include 1: - Responsible for the Hippo/LCM/CVENT process co-management, and back-up person when needed: (Preparation of documents for Compliance Process approval; internal and external event registration, etc) - Responsible for the requisition of the promotional Materials for Sales Force and Events distribution, destruction and reconciliation, following PM instructions. - Retail Rx Sales & Marketing (and Hospital when requested) support for all daily needs (travel reservations, support in some purchase requisition requests for each Marketing Manager, ) - Supporting Reps and Sales Managers in the Educational Support Compliance Process (administrative tasks and Processes, interactiong with vendors and clients). - Coordinate internal and external meetings/activities (i.e. facility reservation and set-up, hotel accommodations, catering, etc.) - Register and update whenever necessary on "Cvent" and other databases all events, endorsements, sponsorships, donations, that Mylan logs. - Manage PO´s (Smartsource) and Vendor form creation associated with Rx and hospital activities. The minimum qualifications for this role are: - Previous experience as Administrative or Executive Assistant, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company. - Fluent in English (proficient), other languages are an advantage - Strong communication, organizational and planning skills - Strong experience in delivering service to internal clients, ideally at a senior level - Collaborative work style and ability to work with executives and colleagues in a diverse team - Excellent knowledge in all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint - Ability to multi-task and determine priorities and take ownership - Self-motivational with ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Reliable and committed personality with a high integrity to deal with confidential information - Experience with complex structures and matrix organizations Viatris is an equal opportunity employer.
