**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Workday implementation and optimization projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and project management standards.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a **Project Manager** in Workday projects.
- Solid knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, among others).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
