We’re now looking for a **Mid-Senior IT Technician** to join our team and help us keep our infrastructure reliable, fast, and secure.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and support Linux and Windows environments (servers and workstations);
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls);
- Provide IT support to internal teams and live broadcast operations;
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and well-documented;
- Take care of user accounts, permissions, and security policies;
- Support audiovisual (AV) setups in production environments;
- Work closely with broadcast engineers to ensure live projects run smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems or networking roles;
- Strong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs);
- Solid experience with Linux and Windows administration;
- Experience in Broadcast or AV environments (SDI/IP video, AV equipment, routing), knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services, automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.), and awareness of cybersecurity best practices are considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure: storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring;
- A problem-solver mindset, capable of working under pressure when things get critical;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
