Your Profile
- You are proficient in Italian, and you are fluent in English (from B2)
- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule
- You are based in Lisbon
- Some experience in technical troubleshooting it’s nice to have but not mandatory
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze the technical issue of the customers
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Gather contacts and document of customers
