**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a Senior Associate IS Analyst at Amgen, you will support the analysis and execution of Telecom Expense Management “TEM”. The Analyst role will be responsible for the day to day activities related to processing of Amgen Telecom related vendor invoice totaling $28M annually.

This role will independently and proactively manage Amgen’s 3rd party TEM’s bill processing vendor Tangoe to ensure accurate cost center allocation for chargeback and manage vendor invoice payment life cycle. Position will interact with internal IS and Finance stakeholders daily. This role will manage network inventory build and monthly financial report generation and possibly participate in the transition to new billing platforms.

This function falls with the IS organization and will also be part of ongoing initiatives to drive process improvements and productivity.

**Required**:

- 3-5 Year Experience in TEM’s Processes, Vendor Management, Carrier Provisioning, Basic Finance Concepts with strong emphasis on quality required
- Microsoft Excel, ability to create pivot tables, perform vlookup for data comparisons, ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
- SAP, Microsoft Office Tools.
- Experience: WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Sharepoint.

It is critical this role have experience in managing TEM’s providers and processes with emphasis on finance report such as Expense Trends, Accruals and Forecasting. This role will need work independently with internal and external customers meeting critical deadlines. Thorough knowledge of Voice and Data provisioning and contracts with various carriers to maintain of internal inventory builds and assist in provisioning.
