We are now seeking a **Head of Product for Hardware**, to lead our hardware product development team—a small, agile group responsible for creating and evolving Bloq.it’s next-generation hardware and IoT solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both hardware/IoT development cycles and large-scale manufacturing processes, along with the ability to stay closely attuned to market trends and user needs.

**What will be your responsibilities**
- Define and drive the roadmap for Bloq.it’s hardware portfolio, balancing new product innovation with iterative improvements on existing solutions ;
- Oversee a dedicated team of hardware product professionals, setting goals, guiding day-to-day activities, and enabling professional growth ;
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Sales/Marketing to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and go-to-market strategies ;
- Research market dynamics, gather customer feedback, and stay current on emerging IoT technologies to inform product development and keep Bloq.it ahead of the curve ;
- Ensure products are designed for manufacturability at scale, managing supplier relationships and production processes to meet quality and cost targets ;
- Gather data, user insights, and field feedback to continuously refine hardware products, driving higher reliability, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency ;
- Manage hardware products from concept through end-of-life, including defining requirements, coordinating design milestones, and tracking release metrics.

**What are the requirements to join us in this position**
- Significant experience overseeing hardware product lifecycles—from concept and prototyping to mass-scale manufacturing and deployment ;
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain considerations, and cost optimization strategies for hardware products ;
- Proven ability to lead small, focused teams, manage cross-functional collaborations, and drive complex initiatives on time and on budget ;
- Capable of translating market and industry insights into robust product strategies, ensuring product-market fit and competitive differentiation ;
- Adept at conveying technical concepts, aligning stakeholders across departments, and presenting product roadmaps to executive leadership ;
- Comfortable using data to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and iterate on product improvements ;
- Eager to shape the next generation of Bloq.it’s hardware solutions, pushing boundaries in IoT, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
