We're currently looking for a Head of Product to lead our Product, reporting directly to the MDs. The mission of this team is to ensure that everyone in Portugal gets the best deal on their mortgage. You will be responsible for making it happen. Our product managers are responsible for leading ideas through all stages of the product development cycle, including post launch iterations. You'll have your own team and work closely with key stakeholders to drive prioritization, setting clear metrics and ensuring roadmap alignment. Product teams at ComparaJá put data over ego, here you'll find that the best ideas win - we continuously run A/B tests on our products to ensure the best user experience. Our tech team works with CI/CD release pipelines to allow for continuous improvement of our users' experience. We are searching for new team members with first-hand experience of systems analysis, devising technical solutions and writing detailed user stories for software engineers. You will have the boundless energy, enthusiasm and drive to deliver the next phase of this mission-critical transformation. **Your job**: - **Own the product** at ComparaJá - you'll lead your own team of web developers, designers and data analysts; - **Drive product vision and execution** of the roadmap - you'll work closely with the MDs to ensure we get closer to our mission; - **Dive into the data - we expect you to measure both your users' engagement and the impact of your initiatives;**: - **Define and improve your team's workflow - **work at the intersection of development, data science and user experience. - **Be a leader for your team and across the company - you'll be part of the leadership team and we expect you to go the extra mile for your team;** **Is this you?** - Highly logical and analytical - basic level knowledge of SQL is key; - Experience going through the entire product lifecycle - from pre to post launch execution; - You can deal with ambiguity - we're a startup, things change and we adapt; - Experience setting clear KPIs and aligning your stakeholders on a roadmap; - Curiosity, initiative and critical thinking allied with a high sense of responsibility; Don't worry if you are not an expert in all these bullet points.
