In 2000, we successfully passed FDA inspections for our manufacturing plants in Portugal. Our Injectables business also expanded into the lyophilized segment of the injectables market with the acquisition of a specialized manufacturing plant in Italy, and we moved into the oncology market with the acquisition of Ribose Pharm and Thymoorgan in Germany.

In 2005, the Group was listed on the London Stock Exchange, raising gross proceeds of US$124 million. A successful initial public offering enhanced our flexibility to grow the business both organically and through acquisitions. From 2005 onwards, we have expanded our presence in the MENA region and also made significant acquisitions in Europe and the United States to strengthen our Injectables business.

Currently, we are looking for a **Talent Management and Acquisition Head (M/F)** to be part of Hikma Portugal Human Resources Department.

**Qualification, experience and competencies**:

- Education: bachelor’s degree in HR, business or psychology. Master’s degree in HR, is preferred.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in areas related to talent management and acquisition.
- Competencies: customer focus, taking initiative and drive for results, problem solving and decision making, developing and empowering others, instill trust, situational adaptability, data analytics, Microsoft (excel, word, PowerPoint), PowerBI.
- Languages: fluency in both Portuguese and English

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
**Talent Management**

Manage and lead performance cycles
- Manage and lead all employee engagement initiatives
- Act as the contact person for SuccessFactors PMGM module
- Manage and lead succession plans
- Identify and retain talents through the 9-box talent grid

**Learning and Development**
- Manage all learning activities
- Manage and control annual LNAs
- Manage relationships with training vendors and schools
- Act as the contact person for SuccessFactors LMS module
- Manage career progression of employees
- Work on Rise Articulate and develop online courses as per need

**Talent Acquisition**
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- manage and control annual headcount and budgets
- Ensure having in place continuous pool of talents
- Work with all recruitment agencies, universities and schools
- Ensure proper person-role-fit strategies
- Monitor hiring time and process
- Act as the contact person for SuccessFactors recruitment and onboarding module
