**Quintessentially** is a global leading luxury lifestyle group, supported by 50 offices around the world, that truly understands and connects with the global HNW community to deliver an exceptional and discerning service for our members, combined with connecting the most prestigious brands to this hard-to-reach consumer.

Quintessentially Portugal is currently looking for a full time LIFESTYLE MANAGER to our office in Lisbon, who will be required to provide a high-end service to all clients.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Dedicated Lifestyle Manager duties to include, but not limited to:

- Provide lifestyle management services for the world’s most discerning people, through specialist advice and knowledge, insider access and exclusive privileges, enabling everything from everyday needs to life’s defining moments
- Promote luxurious experiences and long-lasting memories
- Ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered
- Assist Members (clients) in day-to-day life needs (lifestyle or business-related) - Travel, Restaurants, Events, Education, Real Estate, Wine, Art, Personal Shopping, Health, Entertainment, etc.
- Promote up-selling
- Embody company values (full-time ambassador)
- Upload information to database CRM system
- Update data and requests on CRM system
- Assist with content management and active content search
- Dealing with difficult situations and guest satisfaction

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Passionate about providing excellent customer service at all times
- Perception to feel different levels of satisfaction within different types of persons
- Clear understanding of privacy and discretion
- Sensibility to understand clients needs and create profound and trustable relationships
- Background in hospitality, customer service, personal assistance, luxury travel and leisure is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude (must take initiative) with an ability to effectively and creatively solve problems
- Mature approach, dedicated, and committed with a strong drive
- Independent
- The ability to manage time exceptionally, excellent organizational skills
- Diplomatic skills, general knowledge and open mind towards other cultures

Monday to Friday, 11h to 20h
For immediate start
