**About the job**

In this position, you will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team in order to keep them updated about how each client is working on the language program.

We are looking for a Learning Consultant with a passion for customer service who will have the ability to actively solve doubts and provide guidance about the language, goFLUENT services or issues. Someone with strong oral and written communication skills. Fluent in Turkish, as well as another language (Arabic, French, German, Spanish or Italian...) and advanced level of English.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
- Resolve customer complaints
- Call clients to follow up on their training progress
- Conduct demo calls
- Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Team Leader/Manager
- Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Team Leader/Manager

**What You'll Need**
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, call center, relation with clients.
- Soft skills are a must regarding: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability and effective communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined and able to multitask.
- Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure.
- Have a good command of MS Office and Google tools.
- Excellent command of English and Turkish required both spoken and written.
- Fluent in another language: Spanish, German, French, Arabic or Italian
- Excellent oral communication skills over the phone and persuasive skills.
- Methodical and organized, your relational ease as well as your openness are your assets to succeed in this position.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
