We’re now looking for a Learning Consultant to support consultation with our client’s business functions to understand and address their learning needs. They’ll ensure that proposed learning interventions are designed with relevance for the audience, aligned to defined business goals, focused on producing the desired performance and business impact, and delivered to a high quality in a cost-efficient way.

This is an office based role, working from our client’s site in Lisbon.

**Job Summary**
- Support the conduct of learning needs analysis using established processes, tools and templates.
- Contribute to elaboration of Annual Learning Plan.
- Facilitate and provide ongoing feedback on implementation of Annual Learning Plan.
- Collect and communicate business specific info and data on business knowledge and country, Lines of business, function needs.
- Leverage enterprise content, promote enterprise learning initiatives, resources and best practices and support localization to country/ business/function.
- Promote and contribute to embedding learning culture in collaboration with country HR (Human Resources) & Talent function and all relevant stakeholders.
- Report out on the learning progress with client(s) to Regional Learning partner based on business and learning specific data.
- Provide support and expertise to the design and development of both new and existing programmes where required.
- To ensure that all training is effectively and efficiently evaluated using the appropriate documentation/systems. Use this information to improve personal and course effectiveness.
- To build constructive and value adding relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders as required. Acts to resolve any issues associated with delivery to client group, ensuring appropriate stakeholders identify and take required steps.

**Qualifications**

We'll need an experienced Learning professional with broad knowledge of learning interventions and proven experience in the field.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience of conducting training needs analysis and experience of developing, or leading the development of digital learning solutions
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience of development/delivery of sales related learning, preferably in the Insurance industry.
