PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2203CIBIT10512) **About the job** - You will join CIB Global Markets IT and work in a specific entity in Lisbon to ensure the management of the entire project portfolio of this entity. As a PMO, you will contribute to steering: - Supervise the collection of information needed to update the project portfolio (budget, schedule, remaining workload, etc.) - Analyze gaps and produce a summary of the project portfolio for the relevant steering committees (capacity to implement, gaps, risks, alerts, dependencies, etc.) - Ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and in line with the processes defined by the organization - Consolidate all the indicators necessary to monitor their project scope **Your Main Activities Are** - Be in charge of consolidating the entire project portfolio of the division/department - Provide the necessary decision-making support to all stakeholders (project manager, project portfolio manager, program manager or general management) - Play an advisory role (alerts and recommendations) to the general management in the management of the project portfolio - Guarantee reliable and commented reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations - Provide decision support to all the actors involved (project manager, project portfolio manager, program manager or Management) - Animate or contribute to the PMO community in the entity **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor Degree - Up to 2-4 year of experience in PMO - Fluency in English, both oral and written - Fluency in French is a plus - Ability to develop and adapt a process - Organization and strategy **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
