Do you want be a Dutch Customer Service Agent for an online travel agency for lodging reservations? Check the offer below.

You will offer an excellent support to people and ensure they get an outstanding treatment by chat, messaging and also phone support.

TASKS:
and chat;
- Verification of needs;
- Order and process management;
- Presentation of customized solutions;
- Client management;
- Reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native or Proficient Dutch and fluent English (minimum level B2);
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail - understand that it is the small details that can make the biggest difference;
- Prove you can work and make decisions with mínimal supervision;
- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions;
- Availability to work between 8h00 to 22h00 or 22h00 to 07h00 from Monday to Sunday (8 hours per day with 2 days off).
