We are one of Europe’s fastest-growing sleep innovation companies with 850 + team members representing over 65 nationalities at our international offices in Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Shanghai and Mexico City.
**What you'll do**:
- You will be part of the BR Team and be responsible for strategic and operational topics.
- You will be responsible for all areas related to Warehousing and Logistics:
- You will be responsible for coordinating with our external partners, including warehouses, couriers, and suppliers.
- You will be identifying operational weaknesses and develop optimization proposals for the BR market.
- You will work closely with our global operations team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights.
- You will create/optimize the smooth process from product shipment to last mile delivery.
- You will monitor the overall Logistic Flow, from sales (payment) to delivery.
- You will oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize the procedure.
- You will create a strategy that automate the process of our cooperation with warehouses and carriers partners.
**What you'll do**:

**Who we're looking for**:
- You obtain a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field and already have some practical experiences in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to new tasks and problems.
- You are attracted by new projects and challenges that really spur you on.
- You are analytically as well as conceptually strong and have a strong organizational talent.
- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and thinking process-oriented
- You have a high interest in the continuous further development of existing processes
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills, MS-Office, in particular Excel, you master in your sleep
