**What we are looking for**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing and business process data, identifying trends and translating findings into clear insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results to diverse stakeholders across ECCO’s global footprint.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, process optimization, and project management tasks.
- Assist in overseeing and integrating external data providers into reporting workflows.
- Contribute to building business cases in a cross-functional environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or related).
- Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Basic knowledge of process management and/or project management methodologies is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (mandatory). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (mandatory).
- Prior experience with data visualization software (Power BI) and SQL (Snowflake) is an advantage; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Open to taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects in a collaborative team environment.
