A nossa equipa de Business Analytics procura uma pessoa motivada e analítica para se juntar a nós na promoção da eficiência e do crescimento através de uma mentalidade orientada pelos dados. Neste cargo, irá aplicar as suas competências analíticas para recolher e interpretar dados, mapear processos de negócio e apoiar a implementação de soluções que aumentem a eficácia operacional. Irá colaborar com várias áreas funcionais para transformar insights de dados em recomendações acionáveis.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Recolha, limpa e analisa dados de processos de negócio para identificar tendências, ineficiências e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Mapeie e documente os processos empresariais atuais e futuros para clarificar fluxos de trabalho e requisitos.
  • Desenvolva relatórios, painéis e apresentações para comunicar as conclusões e contar uma história envolvente a diversos intervenientes.
  • Apoiar a implementação de novos processos e soluções, monitorizando o seu impacto na eficiência e desempenho.
  • Contribuir para projetos ad hoc focados na otimização de processos, análise de dados e resolução de problemas transfuncionais.
  • Auxiliar na construção de casos de negócio para mudanças e melhorias propostas.

Perfil

O candidato ideal é um solucionador de problemas curioso, ansioso por aprender como os dados e processos impulsionam o negócio. Estamos à procura de alguém que possa dizer "sim" à maioria das seguintes opções:

Recém-licenciado ou atualmente inscrito num programa relevante de licenciatura/mestrado (Negócios, Economia, Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Dados ou relacionado).

Mentalidade analítica forte com paixão por traduzir dados em insights claros.

Compreensão básica de técnicas de mapeamento e otimização de processos.

Proficiente em Microsoft Excel e PowerPoint (obrigatório).

Grande interesse em ferramentas de visualização de dados (por exemplo, Power BI) e consultas de dados (por exemplo, SQL). O conhecimento de Python é uma vantagem.

A familiaridade com SAP ou outros sistemas ERP é uma vantagem.

Proficiente em inglês, tanto escrito como verbal (obrigatório).

Proativo, orientado para os detalhes e fortes competências de comunicação, com a capacidade de colaborar eficazmente num ambiente de equipa.

Condições:

  • Contrato com a Gi Group;
  • Horário de trabalho: 08h-16h30 (flexível);
  • Entrada: Janeiro/2026;
