**Job Title**: Senior Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- **Organic & Paid Social Management**: Oversee the management of both organic and paid social activities across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- **Ad Creation**: Lead the creation of engaging ad content, including video, graphics, and copy, that aligns with brand messaging and drives measurable results.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and achieving KPIs.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize current and future campaigns.
- **Audience Targeting**: Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics and optimize ad targeting for maximum impact.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, advertising features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on both organic and paid campaigns on YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- **Platform Expertise**: Proficiency in advertising platforms, including YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong ability to conceptualize and create compelling ad content, including video, visuals, and copywriting.
- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with additional social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Certification in YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok advertising.

Pay: 1,000.00€ - 2,500.00€ per month
