**Role Overview**

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving VIENNA Advantage's marketing initiatives to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support revenue growth. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the role will involve overseeing all aspects of marketing, including campaign management, content creation, social media management, website optimization, and data analysis. With a focus on driving results and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, the Senior Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Collateral**:Assist in the creation of a variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
- **Campaign Management**: Own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads. This includes planning, segmentation, creative development, and execution.
- **Content Marketing**:Write long-form blogs optimized for SEO and target keywords to support content marketing efforts.
- **Website Management**:Utilize the CMS to update the website with relevant content, ensure SEO optimization, and track performance using Google Analytics.
- **Social Media Management**:Post and repurpose content across social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- **CRM Segmentation**:Segment data for campaigns using VIENNA Advantage CRM, ensuring accurate targeting and effective campaign execution.
- **Analysis/ROI Tracking**:Pull together data for analysis and tracking of marketing spend. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
- **Event Representation**:Represent VIENNA Advantage at events and webinars to engage with prospects and customers and promote brand awareness.
- **Creative Production**:Produce images and creative assets to support marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Lead Generation**:Take ownership of achieving marketing-generated lead, opportunity, and revenue goals, driving continuous improvement in lead generation strategies.
- **Annual Marketing Plans**:Craft annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to better understand customer requirements and drive market strategies, leveraging competitive intelligence.
- **New Marketing Channels**:Research and explore new marketing channels to expand brand awareness and demand generation efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in marketing within the enterprise SaaS industry, with a focus on lead generation.
- Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience in working with social media for campaigns, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create professional images and creative assets in line with brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the ERP landscape and market dynamics.

**Education and Training**

No specific qualifications required. Training will be provided on the VIENNA Advantage CRM module and other relevant tools and technologies.

Location and Travel Requirements

Based in Portugal with a hybrid work arrangement. Travel may be required for events and meetings as needed.
