Quality, Safety and Environment Systems Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all company operations
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the different IMS frameworks
- Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for leadership review
- Manage and control integrated management system documentation
- Handle non-conformities and define corrective and preventive action plans
- Develop and review policies, processes, procedures and management manuals
- Plan and conduct training and awareness sessions within the IMS scope
- Monitor and verify supplier selection, qualification and evaluation processes
- Control and manage customer complaints and satisfaction metrics
- Act as facilitator between different areas of the organization, promoting continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the organization's HSSE department
- Promote safety and sustainability culture throughout the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Integrated Management Systems
- Specialized higher education in Quality, Environment and/or Safety
- Certification in Internal Audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Solid knowledge of Environmental Management and Sustainability
- In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to the construction and fit-out sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical capacity and results-oriented mindset
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management system software
