Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to kick-start your career in finance? We’re looking for a **Fees & Reconciliation Analyst** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing commission-related invoices and stakeholder relationships.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Review and validate incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Calculate fees and commissions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with departments like Front Office, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and depositaries.
- Ensure timely payments and monitor financial breaks.
- Support reporting activities and contribute to process improvements.

**Profile**

**Profile**:

- Academic background in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Banking Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Organizational and process improvement capabilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Word**.
- **Proficiency in English is mandatory.**

(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week)
