Fees Schedule Analyst

**About the job**
- The Fees Schedule Analyst’s main mission is to analyse and implement the new Client Fee Schedules and issue the first invoices, while acting as an expert on fee schedule and tool capacity and features, providing support to clients

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Analyse Client Fee Schedule to ensure that all items are billable
- Address to Client lines any non-billable items and verify potential new flow to put in place
- Implement new fee schedule, including full renegotiation, new clients, new services or addendum
- Issue accurate first invoices after new conditions implementation
- Provide the necessary support to client and service partners to understand the first bills
- Consolidate business knowledge cross-locations and cross-business lines
- Promote harmonisation on invoicing method worldwide
- Ensure collaboration between locations, Business Revenue BAU teams and Client Fee Schedule Team

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Fluency in English with great communication skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
- Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
- Great organizational skills with a committed and proactive approach
