Your new company

A reference group from Industry is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst (M/F/d) to join its team, in Lisbon.

Your new role

You'll have the responsibility to assist the Head of Internal Audit & Risk in the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the group. This will include supporting the business in conducting risk & control assessments, ensuring risk incidents are recorded, investigated and dealt with accordingly, and championing risk across the business to support a risk aware culture and drive ownership of risks with business owners.

What you need to succeed

Experience in the design, operation and development of an enterprise wide risk management framework, preferably within a multinational firm (minimum 5 years).

Detailed understanding of risk methodologies, mitigation processes and techniques within an enterprise environment,including quantitative and statistical methods to the management of risks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship driven approach.

English, Portuguese languages proficiency level (Spanish is a plus).

Willingness to travel up to 15.
