Main Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate information about products, services, procedures, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
- Process customer requests, orders, complaints, and returns with attention to detail
- Maintain clear and complete records of all customer interactions using CRM systems
- Follow up on customer cases to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to internal teams when needed
- Collaborate with departments such as Technical Support, Sales, or Logistics
- Stay informed about company products, services, updates, and internal processes
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Basic IT knowledge and confidence using digital tools
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in digital services or marketing is a plus
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Portugal
- Minimum: Completed secondary education
