The Position

This is a great opportunity to join a large scale digital transformation project. As Order Handling Back Office Assistant in our team you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data input into SAP and Oracle as part of a global business transformation programme.
This role is suited to a self-driven, organized individual who is open to a fixed term contract that matches the duratio of our transformation project.
Your primary responsibilities- Accurately inputting order and product data and information into SAP and Oracle systems- Providing timely and accurate responses to queries- Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring internal customer satisfaction- Updating order records and maintaining accurate documentation- Collaborating with other team members to to complex data tables updated- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual system entries- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills,- Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment- Systematic and independent way of working- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a team
