NRwell is excited to announce an open position at the company for a Spanish Speaking Internal Sales Executive who will fit right into the team, be highly sales motivated and holds a passion for sales.
We are a Global supplier for Industrial Automation Products, selling New, Refurbished and Obsolete products. Founded in Staffordshire in 2017, NRwell has many years of experience within this industry and are now looking to continue to expand and grow.
We have won awards such as “Staffordshire Chambers Business Award for the Best International Trade Award”, we pride ourselves in always seeking the best and being the best in this business.
**2. Job Opportunity**:
We are looking for a keen and hardworking sales individual to join our growing team.
We require someone who is energetic and motivated with a positive attitude to work.
About this role:
- Receiving and dealing with inquiries by phone and through our website using a CRM system. Proactively following up with every inquiry for best possible opportunities to receive the business from our clients.
- Cold calling
- Calling and developing existing customer base.
- Managing customer accounts.
- To make on average 50 calls per day with customers to continue developing accounts and relationships.
- Grow and Expand assigned Spanish markets.
- Working towards assigned targets.
**3. Personal Requirements**:
- Open, clear and confident communicator, both oral and written.
- The ability to work under pressure and to time restraints.
- The ability to work to and exceed sales targets.
- Great customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer systems such as the Microsoft office suite.
- Have an overachieving mentality.
- Be able to work in a professional environment.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks.
- Good team player.
- To always be proactive.
**4. Package**:
- Starting Monthly Salary 1.500€ + Commission Scheme + Yearly Performance Bonus
- 34 days holiday including bank holidays and Birthday off
- +1 day additional day Holiday for every year loyal to NRwell up to 10 days
- Promote within
- Full Time - Monday to Friday (Hours to be discussed dependant on Market worked and personal situations)
- Hybrid Work available on discussion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 1,500.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Porto, Distrito do Porto: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
