- **Building Value Proposition**: defining and articulating the value that the company's solutions, particularly those based on OutSystems, can provide to potential clients.
- **Delivering Demos**: Providing product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company's solutions.
- **Architecting Solutions as part of Pre-sales**: Designing and conceptualizing solutions that meet the specific needs of clients during the pre-sales phase.
- **Alliance with Outsystems Counterpart for Tech Discussions**: Collaborating with Outsystems, the technology partner, to discuss technical aspects and ensure alignment between the two organizations.
- **Liaison with Outsystems CoE in Portugal**: Maintaining a connection with OutSystems' Center of Excellence in Portugal, which likely involves knowledge sharing and technical coordination.
- **Building the Practice in KSA**: Establishing and growing the company's practice or presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- **Building the Team**: As part of expanding the practice, building a team of professionals who can contribute to the company's success.
- **Delivering Internal Trainings**: Providing training and knowledge transfer within the organization to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle Outsystems-related projects.
- **Lead the Delivery Phase of the Projects (if applicable)**: Taking a leadership role in the execution and delivery of projects, which likely involves overseeing the technical aspects and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- **Relevant bachelor's or master's degree **in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- **Outsystems Expertise**: strong background and expertise in Outsystems
- **Outsystems certifications **or relevant training is a plus.
- **Solution Architecture**: Proficiency in architecting complex software solutions, understanding client requirements, and designing technical solutions that align with business needs.
- **Sales and Pre-sales Experience**: experience in pre-sales activities
- **Team Leadership**: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and manage a team of professionals, set objectives, and drive them toward achieving goals.
- **Practice Development**: Experience in building and growing a technology practice or business unit
- **English Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in English is mandatory
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent communication is mandatory
- **Availability to Travel**: Willingness and ability to travel is mandatory
