The Central Reservation Office of NH Hotel Group and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is recruiting a **Reservation Agent (M/F) fluent/native or bilingual** in English and other languages such as:
**Dutch**
**German**
**French**
**Italian**
**Spanish**

Profile
- Training in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
- Sales skills (experience in reservations management or in commercial area will be valued);
- Experience in customer service (preferential factor);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent/Native English and other language (written and spoken, adequate to maintain a fluid conversation) (eliminatory factor);
- Knowledge of computers and social networks;
- Willingness to work by objectives;
- Proactive and flexible profile;
- On-site job, so it is preferred you reside on Lisbon Metropolitan area;
- Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit; NIF; NISS, etc).

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing information about the hotels and their respective services;
- Take part in and increase the number of telephone sales of specific products and/or services for all the hotels in the chain.
