**Job Description and Requirements**
- We are seeking someone with a passion for innovation and technology, who possesses the technical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills to keep our computer & mobile devices healthy, up-to-date, and secure, and our users happy and productive.
- As an Intern (Technical-IT), you will be responsible for supporting global PC Lifecycle. In this role you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and recovering end user´s PC.
- Job responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to end-user requests in the IT Logistic support queues.
- Maintain the recover assets lists updated.
- Analyze usage and pend trends for optimization.
- Work with global IT teams on Terminations, Transferences, Incomings.
- Manage HW recovery processes.
- Identify, analyze and report on key computer system metrics.
- Develop documentation for user and adminstratcion tasks and configurations.
- Track hardware assets.
- Research, propose, and implement system improvements and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Knowledge of ticketing system, Service Now, Remedy, etc, is commended.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and Office 365.
- Experiencing providing support to users who work from remote locations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP asset management tools is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English skills mandatory.
