Systems Administrator

**Perfil**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience as a Kafka Administrator, with extensive knowledge of Confluent Kafka;
- Familiarity with Kafka API (Producer/Consumer/Streams);
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data architectures;
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc);
- Strong problemsolving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex system issues;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our Confluent Kafka ecosystem, ensuring its performance, availability, and scalability;
- Provide guidance on the best practices in Kafka architecture and data modelling;
- Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Kafka users and developers;
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution;
- Provide oncall support as needed.
