- **French-speaking Junior Customer Success Manager** to assist our customers whenever they need help making the most of Pipedrive’s product suite in our Lisbon office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome Customer Success team by ensuring our customer’s success and experience when using Pipedrive. If you’re a people person who loves problem-solving, we’d love to meet you**Your new adventure**:

- Proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of accounts to maintain overall customer health
- Drive usage and adoption to ensure customer success
- Onboard customers and perform post-purchase product training
- Advise customers on the most appropriate features for their specific business needs
- Regularly hold meetings with key stakeholders to ensure goals are being met
- Act as a point of escalation when required and help manage customer expectations
- Identify new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell)

**Does this sound like you?**:

- Fluency in English is required
- 1+ year of proven experience with account management and up-selling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A customer-oriented mindset. You understand what makes people tick and want to help them succeed
- A skill for spotting patterns. You notice when a lot of people are running into similar issues and are happy to help solve them
- A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Alternatively, rich work experience
- Proficiency in French
