**Job Purpose**

Meet client needs, retain and upsell them so that clients are satisfied, thus ensuring they are getting the best value possible from the Company services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Take requests/enquiry/complaints from clients, on a regular basis, work on completing/resolving them and update the clients accordingly
- Ensure the needs of the clients are met and that they are satisfied
- Conduct regular briefings and update the superior on account status on a regular basis
- Maintain updated client database
- Onboard new clients
- Ensure all clients are properly utilizing the Company portal and services and provide assistance when need be
- Comply with **CARMA** policies and procedures and support **CARMA** mission and vision
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
