**Role responsibilities**

As the **Business Development Manager for Portugal**, you will be leading outbound sales efforts, building relationships, and establishing our brand presence. Your main objective is revenue growth in Portugal with the following responsibilities:

- Take ownership of our **Go-To-Market strategy.**:

- ** Nurture relationships** with existing customers (with support from our Prague-based Account Managers).
- Focus on **outbound sales** to acquire new customers and **expand market share**.
- Establish **local partnerships** to strengthen our presence and support sales efforts.
- Lead **brand awareness** initiatives, including **boots-on-the-ground** marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone with the potential to take this role beyond Portugal, expanding into Spain and eventually the broader Mediterranean region as opportunities develop.

**We look for**
- ** Fluent Portuguese speaker** with strong English skills (B2+). You communicate effectively in both languages. **An advanced level of Spanish is an advantage.**:

- ** Full-time commitment** with regular travel across Portugal and to Prague.
- ** Top closer with a consultative approach.** You excel at building relationships and closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your results, and are driven by ambitious sales goals. You don't just wait for opportunities; you create them. **Experience in consultative sales / SaaS sales, or a related field is a significant advantage.**:

- ** A true pioneer.** You're the first on the ground, leading market entry efforts. Your role includes not only identifying and engaging new prospects but also nurturing existing client relationships, and shaping the Go-To-Market strategy based on local insights. You're hands-on and ready to get things done.
- ** The face of our company in Iberia.** Without the backing of a big multi-continental brand, you'll be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in this niche industry. You represent us, build credibility, and drive local brand recognition from the ground up.
