**What you’ll do**:

- Assist with partner onboarding, including coordinating with partners gathering necessary documentation and information, and communicating with internal teams to ensure partners are properly set up in our systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing timely and professional support and ensuring that all partner inquiries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
- Track partner performance and report on key metrics to internal stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Assist with partner program and promotion execution, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and communication to partners
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of partner collateral and resources, including partner portals, training materials, and documentation
- Assist with partner event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics, managing attendee lists, and providing on-site support as needed
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform partner strategy and operations

**Requirements**:
**What you must have**:

- Degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in partner operations, account management, or a related field
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
