FRULACT is a business group positioned as a top-ranked innovative company in the supply of added value ingredients for the food & beverage industry, focused on fruit preparations, plant-based and other specialty ingredients.

We are looking for a RDI Portfolio Manager for our RDI department. Your main responsibilities will be:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides information to RDI project selection and project prioritization.
- Use analytical approach to yield a portfolio of projects that is aligned with the business strategic plan.
- Built the framework to document the value proposition for each project, define expected business results for each project, expressing results in terms of quality, time, scope and cost.
- Act transversally with project managers team to consolidate metrics for projects planification and execution.
- Update project pipeline changes to the scope, selection criteria, schedule and resources of the projects impacting the overall portfolio.
- Define Phase-Gate review process for strategic projects and provide final recommendations at each stage in the process.
- Collaborate with other members of Portfolio Operations and Project Management to support portfolio performance tracking and reporting
- Define a risk matrix for strategic projects and improve processes related to project and portfolio execution.
- Support the preparation of the Annual RDI Fruit Prep Budget supporting Group Strategic Plan, controlling deviation from budget and propose and support implementation of corrective measures on time.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the RDI project portfolio execution.
- Contribute in the definition and follow up of internal RDI KPI’s, providing timely, accurate and complete reports on the RDI KPI execution.

**PROFILE**:

- University Degree in Management; Economics, Mathematics or related fields
- Complementary training in food industry would be desirable
- SAP or other similars software’s as a plus
- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar roles
- Fluent Portuguese, English and French, German as a plus
- Good management skills, good analytical skills, multi tasking, objective focused.
