UH2 specialises in green hydrogen and green ammonia energy solutions, UH2 focuses on the development of green power generation, distribution, and storage solutions.

Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our renewable energy projects to a wide range of stakeholders.

Your primary goal will be to drive awareness and interest in our projects, attract potential investors and partners, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects and play a crucial role in driving the transition to a sustainable energy future.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Proven experience in organising and coordinating participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for our renewable energy projects.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources Conduct market research to identify target markets and devise effective marketing campaigns to reach key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and website content.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including the management of social media channels, content creation,
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, generating periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
