**Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, producing basic reports and contributing to data insights.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components.
- Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks.
- Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Entry Level
- Typically, 0-1 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
- Proven interest in HR and willingness to learn.
- Proficiencies in basic HR concepts and willingness to develop expertise.
- A continuous learner who is eager to stay abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications or coursework in HR are a plus.
